Hurricane Ian Survivors Still Need Help

Residents and businesses in Fort Myers and the surrounding areas are still recovering from Hurricane Ian and are still in need of assistance. Many fellow Rotarians and their neighbors in District 6960 have completely lost their homes along with other damage in the area. If you would like to financially assist with the clean-up and rebuilding in Florida, you can donate to the Rotary District 6900 Charitable Fund at

https://rotary6900.org/ian or you can send your check payable to Rotary District 6900 Charitable Fund

and mail it to the attention of Teri White at P. O. Box 55, Coolidge, GA 31738.

Be sure to put Hurricane Ian in the memo field to designate the use of the funds.

If you want to donate directly to the Florida fund go to https://www.rotaryfl.org/

District 6900 Conference 2024

Take Advantage of

Early Registration for Jekyll Island

March 21-24, 2024

By Stephanie Windham

Join us as we Amplify Rotary and feature the Lady with a Song, none other than our District Governor-Elect André Marria. DGE André is a Lady with a Song, and this conference will be filled with music, laughter, fun, and fellowship.  The conference will be at the beautiful Jekyll Island Convention Center March 21-24, 2024. Let’s celebrate all the ways our clubs make Rotary BIGGER, BETTER, AND LOUDER!

To register, login to rotary6900.org and click on “Register for the 2024 District Conference at Jekyll Island.” The registration fee through May 7, 2023, is only $200. The price goes up to $275 on May 8, 2024, so register early to get this special rate. There are also special rates for guests, students, and children under the age of 17. The registration fee will go up again in September ($295), so it pays to register early!
