Staging

Staging - Teams will enter the staging area per the map below and follow Road Atlanta staff instruction on which lane to enter. After parking in the staging lane teams MUST go to the credential window (see map) to obtain credentials and sign the waiver waiver to enter the facility. Teams should await further instruction in the staging lanes. Scheduled load-in is at 2:00 PM Thursday.

Load-in

Load-in is extremely straightforward for this event. If you are participating in the Max Track Time event on Thursday your load-in will begin at 2:00 PM on Wednesday. If you are not participating with Max Track Time you will load-in beginning at 2:00 PM on Thursday.

Parking is first come first served. Reference your pit stall number to pick a parking space near your pit stall. Parking directly behind your stall is not guaranteed but there is plenty of room in the paddock for this event. PLEASE TAKE ONLY THE SPACE AND POWER YOU NEED AND SHARE BETWEEN RIGS AS POSSIBLE as power is limited.

Personal Vehicles will not be permitted in the paddock until all trucks/trailers are parked.

Add-Ons

HPDE - $500/additional

Camping - $100/Payable to WRL for overnight paddock stays

RV - $250/Spaces on the shelf above paddock (includes power and adjacent to shower house) SPOTS AVAILABLE - EMAIL RACE@RACEWRL.COM

Power - $50/hookup (paddock). First come first serve. VERY limited power poles in paddock. Payable to WRL registration staff once you hookup your vehicle. Please plan accordingly with generators!

NOTE: There is very little power in the paddock and RVs that are NOT towing a trailer that want to be parked in the paddock will be loaded in last (after all race trucks / trailers). Reserved RV spots will be loaded in immediately.
