This year's report is unique in that it not only looks back on an amazing year, but also looks ahead at what is next through the inclusion of our 2023 Strategic Plan. The future of our agency continues to be shaped by our community and those we serve. Executing this plan is an exciting opportunity and leading the charge will be a fabulous, restructured leadership team.

As you know, Kindred transitioned from a co-CEO model to a solo-CEO model last month. With all of the learnings from co-leadership front of mind, we sought out to refresh our structure to deliver on our purpose to realize the power of human connection. We're pleased to announce the following appointments effective July 10:

• Melanie Grylls will move from her current role as Program Director to Chief Program Officer
• Vanessa McConnell will move from her current role as Program Director to Chief Operating Officer
• Sarah Seminara will move from her current role as Manager of Strategic Projects to Senior Advisor, Strategy and Organizational Development

Melanie, Vanessa, and Sarah each bring a unique skill set, and we will leverage this powerhouse combination to advance our strategic plan.
