Target Product Profile: A Roadmap Towards Successful Product Development
Featuring:
  • Roger Halualani, Principal, Epiphany Partners Inc. and Halualani & Associates
Product development is becoming more complicated in today’s competitive environment, not just in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals but across many industries. The Target Product Profile (TPP) is a great roadmap to help drive, direct, and assess the product development process. This talk, led by pharmaceutical and biotechnology consulting specialist Roger Halualani, will discuss how the TPP can help teams determine developmental priorities (both clinical and preclinical), guide regulatory and intellectual property processes, assess commercial potential, and identify other key areas of needs (manufacturing, reimbursement, distribution, etc.). While this talk will focus on drug development, many of these concepts can be applied across other industries, especially as the commercial landscape and governmental regulations shift in today’s changing environments.
