Dear Jason,

As we say goodbye to November 2023, I'm delighted to share our monthly Prismo Metals update and extend my sincere thanks for your ongoing support!

It's been an exceptional journey for Prismo Metals, and I'm thrilled to give you a detailed update on our exploration efforts at Palos Verdes, Los Pavitos, and Hot Breccia. In Los Pavitos, we've discovered high-grade gold in four of the first eight drill holes. The best hole LP-SC-23-02 intersected 10.2 g/t gold over 6.65 meters. Currently, our drilling program is focused on testing the several remaining targets in Santa Cruz and other areas of the project.

Over at Palos Verdes, our >2,500-meter drilling program has been completed, and we've reported bonanza-grade intervals. Final results are being interpreted, and in collaboration with Vizsla Silver, we're expanding the program to explore the Palos Verdes Vein at depth.

Simultaneously, progress at Hot Breccia is on track, with steady advancements in the permitting process and ongoing interpretation of the data collected by the ZTEM geophysical survey. Leveraging data from the ZTEM survey, we're currently identifying high-potential drilling targets, setting the stage for our first drilling program.

While this end-of-November update is short, we anticipate more news and further updates soon, including more drilling results from Palos Verdes and Los Pavitos and the final results of the interpreted ZTEM survey at Hot Breccia. Your continued patience and support are truly appreciated!

Warm regards,

Dr. Craig Gibson

CEO of Prismo Metals
