Enjoy an evening packed with carnival games, rides, and treats for toddlers and young children. Food trucks, vendors and concessions will also be on site.

Wristbands can be picked up Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Scott Rakow Youth Center or North Shore Park. A complimentary shuttle service will be available from the Miami Beach Senior High School parking lot.

Wristbands are required for all rides, attractions and shuttle access. No masks will be allowed at the event.

Miami Beach Pull-Up Jam

Join us at Muscle Beach for this year's Miami Beach Pull-Up Jam hosted by Chris Heria! Participants can compete in muscle‑ups, freestyle, weighted pull-ups and handstand challenges for both men and women.

Auditions Now Open for Youth Music Festival 2027



Calling all young musicians! Applications are now open for the 2027 Miami Beach Youth Music Festival, which will take place at the Miami Beach Bandshell on Saturday, March 6, 2027.

The deadline to apply is Friday, December 11, 2026.

To apply, musicians 18 and under must complete an online form at www.miamibeach.rocks and submit audition links.

The event is open to bands or individuals who perform live music of any genre — rock, jazz, Latin, electronic, folk, classical, funk or the spoken word. At least one member of each band must be a resident of Miami-Dade County with the average age of the group being under 18 at the time of the Youth Music Festival on March 6, 2027.

Play Time Program

Families still have the opportunity to enroll their children in our Play Time Program — a fun, skill‑building experience featuring dancing, singing, arts & crafts and early academics for young learners.

Miami Beach Flag Football is hosting an NFL Flag-affiliated Youth Boys & Girls 3Q'26 Camp for ages 5-15.

This camp, led by MBSH boys’ football and girls’ flag football coach Wilkie Perez, is all about building skills and having fun! Kids will work on individual techniques, run drills, learn offensive and defensive strategies and enjoy scrimmages and friendly competition.

It’s a fantastic chance for young athletes to learn the game, make new friends and get inspired by Coach Perez and his team. Participants will be grouped by age, skill level and/or size to ensure a great experience for everyone.

Price for full 8 weeks is $249 plus $3.50 transaction fee and includes 8 sessions, 8 total hours of instruction plus a high-quality reversible NFL FLAG sublimated jersey. The last session of the 8-week camp will include a complimentary lunch for our players. Second, third and fourth participants within same family each get a discounted price.

Price and discounts are pro-rated at the 25% / 50% / 75% completion points of the 8-week camp. Registration will remain open until the last day of camp.

Public and private schools with 5 or more paid participant registrations will each get $100 donations to their PTSA organization.

Make an impact this school year by becoming an Adaptive Inclusionary Mentor (AIM) Peer Mentor! High school students can earn community service hours, build leadership skills and form meaningful connections by supporting peers with disabilities – after school, on teacher planning days and during school breaks. Free Classes for Seniors 55+

It's never too late to play! Free classes that promote a healthy lifestyle while having fun are available for Miami Beach adults 55 and older.

Classes include chair yoga, chair aerobics, dance fusion, fine arts, pickleball free open play, sound therapy, tai chi, water aerobics, senior soccer, fall prevention classes, free fitness center hours and more.

These classes are offered at Flamingo Park, Scott Rakow Youth Center and North Shore Park Youth Center.

Scott Rakow Youth Center Ice Rink Closed for Improvements

The City of Miami Beach is conducting improvements to the Barbara Medina Ice Rink at the Scott Rakow Youth Center, located at 2700 Sheridan Avenue. This project has begun and will take approximately 7-8 months to complete. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The ice rink will be closed for the duration of the project.

This project is partly funded by the 2018 General Obligation Bond. Once completed, these renovations will enhance the safety and usability of the ice rink.

Please note that this schedule may change due to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

Dog Beach Daily Hours

While we love our furry friends, pets are prohibited on the beach. However, there are three designated "bark beaches" in Miami Beach so your pup can still play on the sand. Check out our dog beach hours below.

Daily Hours:

• April - October: 9 AM - 11 AM
• November - March: 7 AM - 9 AM

The North Beach location at 81 Street is open for the following additional hours from Friday through Sunday:

• November - February: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
