Hello Sato Families,
What a great week to be a Dragon! A big thank you to everyone who helped make Friday’s Halloween Night Market such a fun and memorable event for our Sato community. It was wonderful to see our students, families, and staff come together for a great evening. We also had a huge turnout for Senior Swarm, and our PSAT testing went off without a hitch for all of our 10th and 11th graders last Tuesday! I also want to give a shout-out to our Sato Volleyball teams, who kicked off their season with games at McBride on Tuesday and Browning on Thursday. We are excited to see our Dragons competing and representing Sato! Go Dragons!
If you can believe it, we are already one-quarter of the way through the school year! Time is flying, and it has been exciting to see all the great things happening across our campus.
We have another great week ahead! Our volleyball teams will be back in action on Tuesday and Thursday, and on Friday, October 30, we will celebrate Fun Friday! Friday will be a minimum modified day, and students are encouraged to dress up for Halloween. We will have a costume contest, games, and other fun activities during lunch. It should be a great way to wrap up the week and celebrate some school spirit!
As a reminder, Monday, November 2, will be a student-free day. Our teachers and staff will spend the day on campus participating in professional development as we continue working to strengthen teaching and learning at Sato.
Have a wonderful week, and as always, GO DRAGONS!!!!!
All the best,
Chris Thompson
