Congratulations to Dan Andrews on his 10 Year Anniversary with EJC!

Dan has been an integral part of EJC's growth and success since day one, joining as employee #2 and helping the firm expand to a team of 40 talented individuals. His dedication to fostering relationships both with clients and his team has truly set him apart.


Reflecting on his journey, Dan shares that the most rewarding part of his role has been watching the EJC team grow and develop. "They are some of the smartest people I have ever worked with," he says, appreciating how quickly the staff learns and applies new concepts. When it comes to clients, Dan values the strong relationships he's built, becoming a trusted advisor and sounding board for their needs. Looking ahead, Dan envisions continued growth for EJC, with new opportunities for both staff and the firm as a whole.


Beyond his work at EJC, Dan participates in the Pan-Mass Challenge, raising funds for cancer research, and is actively involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America organization, helping to make a difference in the lives of young people.


We are incredibly grateful for Dan's leadership, commitment, and community involvement over the past decade. Here's to many more years of success and growth!
