Student Schedules are on Plus Portals for the 26-27 SY.

Student Class schedules can be viewed through both parent and student Plus Portals. All students will report to Advisory/Homeroom on the first day of school. Our administrators and staff will have lists to help you find your way!

If you have forgotten your log-in for Plus Portal -

Parents, you may reset your own password, or email Mr. Martin at dmartin@providencecatholicschool.net for assistance.

Students, email Mr. Martin to request password or see Ms. Alvarado or Coach De La Garza on the first day of school.

Schedule Change Requests

Schedules changes will be made only based on student academic need and course offerings. Priority for elective choices have been determined by graduation requirements, re-registration and course selection completion dates.

While we try our best, not all students will receive their first choice of electives. A class may not fit with the required core subject classes or the class was full. After reviewing, if you are missing a course or have an error, submit the Schedule Change Request google form to request a change.

Schedule changes are not guaranteed. After submitting the form, it may take at least ONE WEEK for requests to be processed and receive a response.

Schedule changes will only be reviewed using the google form. Parents, please have your daughter complete this form. Our staff will be in in-service sessions leading up to the start of school, so this form will allow us to get back to you more efficiently.

FACTS & Tuition Info

FACTS Access Update

As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, our school—along with all schools in the Archdiocese—will transition to a single FACTS district code. This diocesan-wide update is designed to improve system consistency and provide better support for our families.

This is still in transition with the Department of Catholic Schools, so if your family is having specifc FACTS login issues, please contact FACTS directly at 866-441-4637 and email Enrollment Director, Kat Chavarria.

If you need to access FACTS Financial for Providence, please use this link https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3G2W5

  • FACTS sends automatic notices when billing is set up. These are "statements" and not "invoices", please do not be alarmed.
  • If you have questions regarding FACTS billing, please contact our Business Manager, Dr. Alicia Garcia.

Hope for the Future (HFF)

Award Notifications for HFF have been updated. If you have not applied for HFF and need any tuition assistance, you must apply online: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid

If you need any assistance with this, please contact our front office.

Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA)

TEFA award notifications have been sent to families who were on the waitlist as recently as last week. Both the parent and the school have 30 days from the date of the award notice to process.

TEFA Awardee Intent Forms should be submitted as soon as possible. Please contact Principal Denoux if you have any questions or need assistance.

Refer a Prospective Family to us!

Providence has a referral program. Current families who refer a new student to us will get a $500 tuition credit to their account in January. (The new student must list the current student or person's name on the application, and the new student must attend Providence for a full semester before the credit is applied to the referral. Referral credit is not applied to the new student.)

Currently, we are still accepting students for the upcoming school year 2026-2027, but if you have a family for a future year, now is the BEST time to get them interested in Providence!

Student/Family interviews are required for incoming 8th-grade, high school, and senior transfers.

7th Grade - Class of 2032 - is FULL and has a waitlist.

Contact Enrollment Director Kat Chavarria with any information about a prospective family.

75 Acts of Service for 75 Years!

To celebrate our 75th anniversary, we are embarking on 75 Acts of Service this school year—and our newest students logged Act #1 on Friday, August 7th.

Huge shoutout to the FISH! The Class of 2030 kicked off this incredible diamond year by giving back to our community before a fun afternoon of FISH Camp! Our Freshman class spent the morning at the Food Bank helping sort donations that will impact countless families and children in our community.

Not to be outdone, our Faculty & Staff logged Act of Service #2 on Thursday, August 13. Our dedicated staff stepped away from in-service and back-to-school prep to spend time giving back at St. Stephen's CARE Center, a program of Catholic Charities.

From packing food bags and stocking shelves to assembling carts and distributing meals, our team was honored to lend a helping hand to support local families in need.

We encourage all Campus Life Groups, Athletic Teams and School Groups to seek out ways to serve our greater community!
