- Exhibiting Companies: 80+
- Expected Attendance: 300–325 participants, including CEOs, CFOs, DONs, Board Members, Purchasing Managers, and other primary decision-makers.
- A pre-registered attendee list will be emailed two weeks before the event. A final attendee list will follow within one week after the convention.
Vendor Move-In
Tuesday, September 15 | 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Please note: This is the only time available for booth setup. The Trade Show shares space with the Opening General Session, so all booths must be fully set up by Tuesday evening.

We invite you to join us Tuesday evening for a special dinner celebrating our 2026 Staff Award Winners and our Business Associate of the Year. During the registration process, an RSVP is required. No walk ins will be allowed. Dress your best! NO JEANS!
Trade Show Hours
