EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE NIGHT

ALL FAMILIES WELCOME!

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming

Experience the Difference Night on February 23!

6:30 PM in the HS Commons

This special evening is designed for new and prospective families

to learn more about MVC’s Middle and High School programs —

and we are thrilled to extend the invitation to our current families as well.

If you have a student entering 7th–12th grade this fall, this is a wonderful opportunity to explore the unique experiences MVC offers. Families will learn more about:

Athletics
Dual credit courses
FFA & Agriculture
Art, Music, and Drama
And the strong academic foundation that supports it all

You’ll also hear how our 7–12 program prepares students for college, technical careers, ministry opportunities, and beyond.

We hope you’ll join us — and feel free to invite a friend!

MVC FFA HOSTED SUCCESSFUL STATEWIDE NURSERY LANDSCAPE CONTEST

Students from across the state gathered at MVC on Friday, February 6, as MVC FFA hosted a statewide Nursery Landscape Contest. Twelve FFA teams traveled to compete, with participants coming from as far away as Davenport.

The contest included plant identification, landscape design, and equipment knowledge.

MVC placed 4th overall out of 13 teams, with Anika earning 9th high individual and Justus placing 10th high individual.

FLORICULTURE

In addition, MVC FFA members competed in the Floriculture CDE on February 7, earning 5th place out of 23 teams.

Congratulations to all students for their outstanding efforts and accomplishments!
