Jesus Christ told the church in Ephesus that they had lost their FIRST LOVE! As new believers we rejoice in the newfound love and forgiveness we have just received. But overtime we can lose sight of the seriousness of sin and begin to lose the thrill of our forgiveness.

Out of the gate in our newfound faith we may have had enthusiasm without knowledge. The challenge is that now we may find ourselves with knowledge and no enthusiasm.

Both ENTHUSIASM and KNOWLEDGE are what we need to keep our love for God INTENSE and UNTARNISHED!
