HCANYS Top 5 is a monthly newsletter with you in mind. These are the top five things happening in home care right now. Take a few minutes to see what's going on, including information specific to HCANYS members.
HCANYS will exercise strong advocacy to protect the Medicare home health benefit, including immediate engagement with New York’s Congressional delegation in July, as well as working with our colleagues at The Alliance (formerly the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC).
The summit addressed the latest developments from NY, US and global sepsis leadership, the latest in sepsis quality measurement, clinical and intervention, innovative models of sepsis intervention, and sepsis issue developments, issues and interventions across the continuum.
The MPA Final Report contains more than 100 proposals directed towards all levels of government, the social sector and private enterprise, all with the aim of helping individuals age with dignity, independence and support.
Applications are now being accepted for HCANYS' newly-established Hearts in Home Care Nurse Scholarship (HHCNS), which is designed to provide home care and hospice providers with the opportunity to offer a scholarship to support the career advancement of current employees.
