Closing at Noon today, December 22nd
Closed: Thursday, December 23rd and Friday, December 24th
Closing at Noon on Thursday, December 30th
Closed: Friday, December 31st

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following days: Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping, and companies deliveries to commercial entities. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security Dispatch at 843.671.7170.

Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Special Meeting to be Rescheduled

The Sea Pines CSA Special Board Meeting previously scheduled for December 16, 2021, will be rescheduled for late January 2022. Please click here to see the announcement from Sea Pines CSA Board Chairman, Larry Movshin.

2022 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Mailing Delay

The mailing of the 2022 Assessment invoices were delayed at the financial institution level, with an updated mailing date of Thursday, December 16, 2021.

The due date listed on the invoice is January 10, 2022, however, we will not be assessing late fees and finance charges until February 1, 2022.

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project

Sea Pines CSA's contractors continue conducting Major Roadway and Infrastructure Reconstruction Improvements along North Sea Pines Drive.

Work will not be conducted on the following days: December 24, December 25, December 31 or January 1.

Sandhill Crane Road Drainage Work

Drainage work in proximity to Beachwalk 45 and Sandhill Crane Road began this week.
Single-lane road closures are scheduled to begin the week of January 3rd, flagging operations will be in place.
The leisure trail remains closed.

Catbird Lane Drainage Work

Well-point operations on Catbird Lane began Monday, December 20th to remove groundwater before pipe excavation and will continue through Thursday, December 23rd.

General Project Reminders

North Sea Pines Drive Roadway Reconstruction will continue through January. Heavy traffic delays should be expected on North Sea Pines Drive as crews will utilize single-lane and temporary full lane closures along this roadway to accommodate the work. Traffic control will be in place, obey the speed limit within the construction zone.
The leisure trail along North Sea Pines Drive from The Sea Pines Beach Club to Lawton Drive is closed to bike and pedestrian traffic. Please refer to the Leisure Trail detour map here for more information.
The Beachwalks located at #39 & #40 are not currently accessible from North Sea Pines Drive due to this project.

Stormwater Repairs

A catch basin repair is in progress on Wildwood Road and will continue into next week.

Leisure Trail Repairs

Backfilling edges of the leisure trails throughout the community will continue the week of December 27th.

Roadway Asphalt Repairs

Minor asphalt repairs continued this week along Canvasback Road, Greenwood Drive (near Loblolly Road), Long Marsh Lane, Willow Oak West, weather permitting. Traffic control will be in place, as needed.

Lagoon Tree Trimming

Lagoon tree trimming will take place at Marshview Drive and Harleston Green Road the week of December 27th.

Outdoor Sports Equipment Reminder

The Sea Pines Security Department and our Wildlife Officer have responded to four separate calls involving deer entangled in volleyball or badminton nets.

For the safety of our wildlife, please be reminded that these items must be stored out of public view when not actively in use.

2022 Annual Sea Pines CSA Commercial, Employee, Long Term Renters, Relative, Non-Resident, Island Resident, and Hilton Head Prep Decal Online Applications Now Available

PLEASE NOTE- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROPERTY OWNER DECALS

We will begin issuing annual Sea Pines CSA Commercial, Employee, Long Term Renters, Relative, Non-Resident, Island Resident, and Hilton Head Prep Decals on Monday, January 3, 2022.

We are no longer accepting paper applications, to apply for Sea Pines Annual Passes please visit www.seapinesliving.com/request. 2022 Decals will be required for entry by 2/7/2022.

The Sea Pines CSA Administration Staff will notify each business /individual via email (within 7-10 business days) when their 2022 decal(s) are ready for pickup from the Reception Desk at the Sea Pines CSA Administration Building located at 175 Greenwood Drive (Monday - Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm). Sea Pines Trolley Holiday Schedule

The Sea Pines Trolley will run on December 23rd and December 31st. Click here to view the Sea Pines Trolley schedule and route.

Trolley Safety Reminders:

Request to riders: Please be advised, close contact amongst passengers is expected. Passengers ride at their own risk. If you feel sick, have a fever, cough or other symptoms, please stay home and do not ride the trolley. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face.

Personal Protection Equipment is required: All passengers and trolley drivers will be required to wear face coverings when aboard the trolley. Refusal to wear a face covering or acting in an unsafe manner will result in denial of entry or expulsion from this service.

Outdoor Decoration and Light Reminders

Decorative, holiday or celebratory lighting may include lights directed onto doorways, or strings of lights on trees, boat docks, or other structures. Such lighting cannot be so bright so as to shine onto a neighbor’s residence or property.
Such decorations and lighting may not be left on after 10 PM.
Celebratory or holiday music, noises or other sounds are not permitted as components of such decorations.
