2027 CCS Nationals: Email 1

Greetings!

We're excited to bring swimmers more event information about the 2027 College Club Nationals. The CCS Nationals liaisons, Jeff C. and Maddie S. will be the reply address on this email, should you have any questions regarding the information for Nationals.

Quick reference on who emails should be sent to:

Emails for the Meet Director: questions about almost anything related to Nationals, questions about the meet format, and other related meet-specific questions.
Emails for CCS: changes to your CCS club, questions about your CCS roster, specific registration questions, meet results submission, questions about CCS website content, and other organizational questions.

If you don't know who you should send it to, send it to both emails and the appropriate party will reply.

A Message From the Meet Directors

Hi everyone!

We are already looking forward to the 2027 CCS National Championship Meet at the Mountie Aquatics Center on the campus of Mt. San Antonio College in sunny Walnut, California from April 9-11, 2027. We’re excited to make it an unforgettable experience for swimmers and spectators alike!

The Meet Information Packet is available on the 2027 Nationals webpage. It includes the event schedule, NQTs, registration procedures, entry fees, and other important information. Please take time to thoroughly review the information with your club’s leadership, as many changes are being implemented as a direct result of the 2026 Nationals Exit Survey.

A complete list of airports with commercial service can be found in the Meet Packet, while the website has a link to a list of hotels that we hope will help make your accommodation plans easier. Please note you will need to call the hotels to book rooms.

We will be hosting the first Nationals Town Hall on December 1 at 8 PM ET to further discuss the changes to this year’s meet and answer your questions. The meeting will be recorded as usual, but we strongly recommend at least one representative from your team attend - come prepared with any questions so all attendees can get the most out of the live Q&A opportunity. If you have family or friends who will be attending the meet and are interested in serving as a meet official, we invite them to complete the Application to Officiate and contact us with any questions.

Spectator ticket information is included in the meet packet, and tickets will be available for sale starting March 9 with sales ending April 5. Please share this information with your teams and encourage them to tell their family and friends. Tickets will be available for presale only, as in past years. A link to purchase tickets will be provided/posted on the CCS website in the spring.
