Message From the CEO

A full e-news this week, please be sure to give it a scan for our November events-Business After Hours at Sociable and Women in Business featuring Brantford-based Olympian Erica Polidori, presented by RBC Royal Bank, as well as Chamber Network activities.

Thank you to our vendors, attendees, and presenting partners for a successful Small Business Week last week, featuring the Chamber Trade Show and Town Hall.

Please consider spending a few minutes engaging in the Ontario Economic Survey, through the link or below for more information. The data collected will help to inform the advocacy work of the Chamber and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce throughout 2026.

Don’t forget to change your clocks, check your smoke detectors, and change your furnace filters this weekend, and have a great Halloween if you are celebrating.

Dave

Updates from the Chamber Network

Shape the Future of Ontario Survey

The Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) is calling on Ontario business leaders like you to take their annual Business Confidence Survey!

The survey is an opportunity for businesses across Ontario to share their perspectives on the issues impacting their bottom line, including tariffs and trade, skills and labour, climate and technology, and more. Your responses will inform advocacy at Queen's Park for the year ahead and ensure your business, region, and sector are represented.

The results of the survey will also serve as a key input for the OCC's 2026 Ontario Economic Report. The report is an important resource used by business leaders for strategic planning and by policymakers to set the province's agenda.

Click the link below and take 10 minutes to help shape the future of Ontario's economic development.

Survey closes November 12th, 2025
