Back-to-School Safety: Slow Down, Stay Alert

As students return to school, traffic patterns around schools will change, with increased pedestrian, cyclist, and vehicle activity. School zones can be busy, particularly during drop-off and pick-up times, making awareness and extra caution important.

Taking a little extra time to slow down, stay alert, and watch for pedestrians and cyclists can help create safer school zones for everyone.
