Yellowbrick is seeking to hire for a full-time Professional Staff position, an experienced doctoral-level licensed psychologist or seasoned LCSW capable of conducting expert individual, family, and group therapy for emerging young adults ages 16 – 30’s and their families.

Effective treatment at Yellowbrick requires of Professional Staff a collaborative spirit, capacity to utilize support in the face of uncertainty and risk, willingness to embrace multiple forms of intervention within a coherent framework and model, and comfort with transparency linked with the professional challenges and mission of Yellowbrick. There are multiple opportunities for professional development through supervision with senior Professional Staff, peer consultation group, case consultations with Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute senior analysts, workshops with visiting nationwide clinician-scholars, daily clinical conference with the entire Professional Staff, and more!
