Every day, you work hard to help older adults in Hamilton County access the programs, services and supports they need to live healthy, independent lives.
PACE of Cincinnati, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a new option available to eligible Hamilton County older adults who meet nursing home level of care but want to continue living at home. Learn more about PACE at www.paceofcincinnati.org.
