Congratulations to Tyler:
YVCHR Volunteer of the Month!
Tyler first served with YVCHR in 2018 during one of our Summer of Service camp sessions. Making a positive impact on his community is the reason he volunteers, but it also allows him to gain a new perspective of the world around him. Tyler's favorite project so far has been serving at the C.Waldo Scott Center for Hope over the summer. He really enjoyed making connections with the kids, as well as putting smiles on their faces while they crafted, played games and read books.
Besides volunteering, Tyler enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding and traveling. After he completes high school, Tyler plans to attend college in his pursuit of becoming an orthopedic surgeon.
