Jason Argos

Founder & Trial Counsel

Hard work, dedication, and a winning competitive attitude set Jason apart. A Red Mountain High School and University of Arizona alumnus, Jason earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he excelled as a legal intern and Moot Court President. After passing the Bar in 2011, he worked at Reback, McAndrews, and Sedgwick LLP before transitioning to plaintiff’s medical malpractice law with the Law Offices of Sean M. Burke. In 2017, he became a partner at Burke | Argos, Trial Attorneys, and founded his own firm in 2022. Jason is actively involved in legal associations and will be president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) in 2030.

Danielle Gutierrez

Senior Paralegal

Danielle's grit and perseverance have been among the key driving forces behind her success. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Arizona in 2015 and has since gained extensive experience in medical malpractice, car accident, and wrongful death cases. Passionate about advocating for clients, she is dedicated to seeking justice for those wronged through no fault of their own. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys visiting family in Tucson, spending time with her Weiner dog, Winston, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers and Denver Nuggets.



Erica Argos

Director of Operations

Erica, the Director of Operations at Argos Law, is a professional who is deeply committed to her clients' well-being and success. After earning her degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona, Erica moved to Southern California, where she built a successful career in Human Resources at top financial institutions in Los Angeles. At Argos Law, Erica manages administrative tasks, staffing, client intake, and firm finances. She is also Jason’s wife, demonstrating her commitment to both the firm and their clients. The couple, who met in college, settled in Orange County in 2016. Erica is a dedicated mother to their son, Clark, and their rescue dog, Rosie, and is also a published author of two children’s books.
