We will begin the 32nd campaign of 40 Days for Life in just seven weeks in Bedford Heights and Cleveland and Painesville. Work on the websites is completed, so choose the vigil site where you plan to pray and sign up for vigil hours today! Please note that 40 Days for Life does not sell your personal information and that your passwords are encrypted so no one can see them. Not even me!

We hold 12-hour vigils at all three sites praying from 7am to 7pm at Planned Parenthood & Preterm & Signature Health  during the 40 Days beginning March 5 and ending April 13. Your prayerful presence on the sidewalk in front of an abortion facility may be the sign that a mother-in-crisis scheduled for an abortion needs to change her mind and NOT show up for her appointment!

Our 40 Days for Life supporters are praying on the sidewalk in Cleveland on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday in the 365 Campaign and I invite to join with them to save more lives! One hour per week may save a child's life! Make the commitment!

Meet Crystal's Baby!

On Monday, January 13, Crystal gave birth to a beautiful baby girl weighing in at 5lbs 3oz! Crystal thanks the Cleveland area pro-life community that has supported her by their prayers, works, and gifts! Gifts continue to pour in for her and the baby! Mary Ann Meitin is the Executive Director for Womankind, a Prenatal & Maternal Care Center in Garfield Heights celebrating 50 years of service to pregnant women. Womankind walks the journey of pregnancy and beyond by providing free prenatal care, personal support, and social services in a caring and non-judgmental environment. Mary Ann's passion to help pregnant women in need is what drew her to Womankind and their life-affirming work.

Luann Sowers is the Executive Director of Ivy Women's Center in Mentor which just celebrated their 4th year of serving in the community. Luann's passion for helping women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy began over 20 years ago and has grown through her involvement with Birthright. Luann answered God's call for a crisis pregnancy center in Lake County which has resulted in 600 mothers choosing LIFE!

The Church designates January 22 as the Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Preborn Children and in which we recall the tragic imposition of legal abortion by the Supreme Court in 1973 which accounts for the murder of over 60 million preborn children. Today we pray with repentance for our country and for preborn children to be treasured by every mother and protected by law. Let us offer our prayers in union with all the prayers and Masses celebrated today reflected in the opening prayer of today's Mass: God our Creator, we give thanks to you, who alone have the power to impart the breath of life as you form each of us in our mother’s womb; grant, we pray, that we, whom you have made stewards of creation, may remain faithful to this sacred trust and constant in safeguarding the dignity of every human life. Amen

May almighty God grant our requests,
