Triangle Vegfest (our flagship festival) is coming up on Sept 13 at Durham Central Park. We have a great lineup of vendors ready for you to shop small. You can see the live map and vendor list by clicking here.

Triangle Vegfest is once again presented by Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge.

Hey September!

First off, we had a great event in Greenville, NC. The community was extremely appreciative that we came to their city and they showed up and supported our vendors. The venue, Pitt Street Brewery, is one of the best venues I've ever worked with. The local group, Vegetarians IN Pitt County (VIPs) are doing a fantastic job educating and bringing their community together. They were able to collect pages of contact info from people who attended that didn't think there were any other vegans in the area. We look forward to going back and doing this again soon.

We are getting ready for Triangle Vegfest coming up on 9/13. If you're going to be around Durham, NC next weekend, please plan on joining us.

I've been volunteering this week at the PPA Tournament in Cary, NC. It's a big pickleball tournament that brings the best of the best to town. On a personal note, I was able to complete a dream last night. I'm a huge hockey fan (since I was 8 years old) and I've always wanted to see the Stanley Cup in person. I was able to not only see the Stanley Cup last night, but I got to touch it and take pictures too. I was also able to see Carolina Hurricane players play pickleball along side the pros. Super fun!

We are hosting a fundraising dinner with two educational speakers on October 11 in Morrisville, NC at Sip N Spices Morrisville. They have curated an incredible menu (buffet) and while we are eating Sangeeta Godbole will speak on the Power of Positivity and the Vegan Meathead, Daniel Austin, will speak on being a champion athlete as a vegan powerlifter. This is a can't miss event, plus it's always great to come together as a community. Get tickets and learn more about the menu by clicking here.

Quick updates this week. Please hydrate and keep cool. It's super hot outside for late August. I look forward to the cooler weather. Do you?

Have a lovely week.

Important Stuff Right Here

Coming up on 9/13 is Triangle Vegfest then on 9/27 we head to Syracuse, NY for Syracuse Vegfest.

Vendors, get registered for the fall festivals so you don't miss out!

I created a poll that I am asking for serious feedback. Why do you attend the festivals? What gets you out the door on the event day? What are you looking forward to the most? What is missing that would tip the scales? We especially want to hear from you if you are not vegan yet. How do we get more people in the door that are not vegan?

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors. Fill out this form and we will be in touch soon!

We created a Fourthwall shop. You can click this link to see what designs we have up. There's t-shirts, hoodies, and long sleeve shirts in many colors to choose from. If you love pickleball, I have some designs for you to sport while playing. Every purchase supports the nonprofit. Thanks for checking it out.

Whimsy Wares has been updated with all new plate and bowl designs. These adorably themed designs would be super fun to eat off of or out of or just to have on a decorative shelf in your house. Remember, all of the designs can be customized with a name. Check out the website and let us know what you think or even better, we hope you love them so much that you place an order. All funds go towards the nonprofit.

Meet the maestro of the meadow. Dressed in his dapper waistcoat and perched upon a mossy woodland log, The Musical Hare strums a sweet banjo tune among the clovers. Whether displayed as wall art, used to serve everyday treats, or set as a whimsical conversation starter at your next dinner gathering, this piece brings warmth, melody, and vintage woodland wonder into your home.

The plates and bowls are unbreakable! They are also free from any chemicals!

You can also design your own plate. Go have fun designing. If you need help, reach out.
