ROAMING BEAN

PDDM was contracted by Fukui Architects to provide comprehensive civil and site engineering services for The Roaming Bean warehouse and retail facility in McDonald, PA. The project scope includes the design of a 4,995 SF building, parking lot layout, utilities and stormwater management, sidewalks, grading, and erosion and sediment control measures.



MT. NEBO DEVELOPMENT

The Mt. Nebo Development project involves the comprehensive development of a large parcel of land, which includes the construction of a veterinary tech clinic and additional graded pads designated for future expansion. This initiative aims to create a functional and sustainable space for both the veterinary clinic and potential future developments in the area.
