Inside Malibu Colony: History, Legacy & Today's Market

Malibu Colony is one of the most storied and private stretches of sand in all of Southern California. This week, we’re sharing a three-part deep dive that blends historic Malibu roots, Andy Lyon’s three-generation family legacy inside the Colony, and a modern guide for buyers, sellers, and investors.

Whether you’re a longtime local or Malibu-curious, this edition is your front-row seat into one of the coast’s most iconic gated beachfront communities.
