VOLUNTEERING

ICS DRAMA CLUB NEEDS PARENT ASSISTANCE

Drama is looking for parental assistance for the winter show! There are voluntary (but necessary!) jobs that need to be filled so that the show nights can run smoothly. These hours can contribute to your volunteer hours, plus it's a fun way of hanging out with your kids😉 and getting to know other parents as well.

These are the type of jobs we're looking for people to fill:

- Managing concessions (2-3 per night of show)

- Snack/treat contributions for concessions (can vary)

- Managing selling tickets (1 per night of show)

- Rehearsal supervision (November 29, 1:20-2:30 PM (one shift); December 6, (first shift) 2:50-4:10 PM (first shift), 4:10 PM -5:30 PM (second shift)

- Snack donations for rehearsals (can vary-- dates Dec. 4-8)

- Stargram booth (2 max per night of show)
