We recently joined The Pride Center at Equality Park’s Coffee & Conversation program, reaching more than 130 older adults through a trusted weekly gathering that helps reduce isolation and strengthen community connection.
As presenting sponsor, our team engaged attendees in conversations about access to care, coverage questions, and next steps for establishing primary care.
