Property Certification – CPPM ® Exam Fees
Effective September 1, CPPM® Exam/Retake fees have been adjusted to align with existing costs of the CPPS® and CPPA® exams. Exam fees are $360 Member Discounted Fee/ $435 Non-Member fee. Retesting fees are $125 Member Discounted fee/ $200 Non-Member fee. The cost changes can be reviewed in the Candidate Handbook, available on the Property Certification webpage.
