Celebrating Youth and Agriculture at the Livestock Sale

One of the most meaningful traditions of the El Paso County Fair takes place on closing day during the Livestock Sale, where the hard work and dedication of our local 4-H and FFA youth are proudly showcased and supported by the community.

Organized by the El Paso County Junior Livestock Sale Committee, this long-standing tradition gives young exhibitors the opportunity to present the animals they have raised, cared for, and worked with throughout the year. The sale not only recognizes their commitment to agriculture and animal husbandry but also helps support their future educational and agricultural goals.

The Junior Livestock Sale Committee is a dedicated local group made up of volunteers and community supporters who work tirelessly to make this event possible year after year. Their passion for youth development and agriculture plays an important role in preserving the traditions and values at the heart of the Fair.

We are incredibly thankful to the committee, buyers, families, and community members whose continued support helps invest in the next generation of agricultural leaders.

The El Paso County Fair is proud to partner with Tallgrass, our Title Sponsor, as we celebrate the 121st Fair. Join us for United We Celebrate, honoring America's 250th anniversary and Colorado's 150th anniversary.
