Dear Educators and Friends,

Welcome. As you return to school, please remember that MY HERO is here to support you and your students. We provide teachers with free curated lesson plans, rich with media from our library, to use in the classroom throughout the year, on a variety of subjects and themes.

Our online storytelling platform provides students a safe place to celebrate diverse heroes, with essays, art, music and short films, and share them with our global learning community. We also provide Media Arts Education resources to help students participate, and recognize them for outstanding work.

Please feel free to share this newsletter with parents, students and teachers that you know.

Warm regards,

The MY HERO Team

You and your students are invited to take part in The MY HERO Forum. Read an essay by educators Charles Harper and Coleen Bondi on, How Should We Choose a Hero? and add your thoughts and comments. This is a great starting point for exploring the theme of heroism.
