MA and PDP digital sales kits available starting this AEP

Reminder – Take advantage of our digital sales kits starting in AEP 2025.

As we shared recently, we now have a digital sales kit solution for AEP 2025. Starting this AEP, Cigna Healthcare will email digital enrollment/sales kits to all 2025 effective date Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) customers when you enroll them using our online enrollment tools and provide a valid customer email address.* The email will be delivered to customers within three business days after enrollment.


Benefits to you include:


  • Avoiding delays waiting on delivery of printed kits.
  • Never running out of sales kits.
  • No need to store and/or transport bulky materials.
  • No need to email sales kits to customers (we'll do this for you).
  • Earning $20 for providing a valid customer email address on a MAPD digital application through our VBE program.

Want to see a copy of the MAPD and PDP digital sales kits that customers will receive when they enroll? You can do so in Producers' University. Follow the steps below to view these files. You can print copies of the sales kits directly from Producers' University if needed.


MAPD sales kits/enrollment guides:


  1. Log in to CignaForBrokers.
  2. Navigate to Producers' University from the dashboard.
  3. On the main page, click on Resource Center.
  4. Select Market Specific - 2025 from the left side category menu.
  5. From there, you should be able to see the sales kits sorted by market.


Don't see your market? Visit your profile by clicking on your name on the top right corner of the page, then select Profile. Scroll down and click the check box next to the markets that you want to see. Select Update Markets at the bottom of the page. You should now be able to see the sales kits for the markets you selected.


PDP sales kits/enrollment guides:


  1. Log in to CignaForBrokers.
  2. Navigate to Producers' University from the dashboard.
  3. On the main page, click on Resource Center.
  4. Select Rx/PDP from the left side category menu.
  5. Select the 2025 Materials drop-down option.
  6. From there, you should be able to see the sales kits.


Note: Want to see the same materials in Spanish? Select the (ES) toggle on the top right corner of the page to view Producers' University and the sales kits in Spanish. File names will still appear in English.

While you'll still be able to order printed sales kits if needed, you will no longer need them when conducting online or telephonic enrollments.


Online or telephonic enrollments:


  • You can walk the customer through the "show and tell" materials as usual (Pre-Enrollment Checklist, Summary of Benefits, and 2025 Star Ratings), but you will not need to leave behind printed copies of these documents.


  • Tip: We recommend ordering a small supply of sales kits to use during your "show and tell" conversations.


  • Make sure to include the customer's valid email address when completing the enrollment form digitally (online or telephonic).


  • Cigna Healthcare will email the enrollment materials/sales kit to the customer within three business days after enrollment.


Paper enrollments:


  • If enrolling a customer via a paper form, you will need to provide the customer with printed enrollment materials.

You can order your 2025 sales kits on CustomPoint. Please note: You must be certified and ready-to-sell for 2025 to order printed sales kits and conduct paper and/or digital enrollments with your customers this AEP.
