Varsity Football Game - Tonight!

The Saints Football Nation traveled 58 players, 10 coaches, and ATC Aubree Gooden to the great state of Colorado to play Mullen High School. The team will have a solid cheering section as 50+ parents and family members have traveled to Colorado for the game. The game is tonight, Friday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m. MST/ 6:00 p.m. PST.

The players have enjoyed fellowship, practiced in an indoor facility, witnessed a Rocky Mountain thunder storm, toured Empower Field at Mile high stadium, visited the University of Colorado at Boulder, shared devotional together and even some personal study time. The boys and coaches have been busy, please keep them in your prayers.

Uganda Mission Trip Application Deadline - August 31

 Uganda is known as the “Pearl of Africa” because of the stunning beauty, incredible hospitality, and brilliant wildlife found in this stunning country. We are so excited to take our first-ever trip to Uganda as a Crean Lutheran Community in June of 2025. We will partner with Ggaba Community Church: Africa Renewal Ministries in Kampala, Uganda, to support and come alongside the work this church is doing in the Eastern African country of Uganda. This truly will be a life-changing opportunity as students will get the chance to serve, love, and learn from our partners at Africa Renewal Ministries as they grow and deepen their own hearts for God’s global world. 

We are opening applications until August 31 for current Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors!

Back to School Night - September 5

On Thursday, September 5, we are excited to welcome parents on campus for Back to School Night, which begins with an optional Canvas Parent Help Session and a uniform sale. Pick up your student's schedule, attend a brief plenary session, and then follow your student’s schedule to meet each of your student’s teachers. Parents with students who participate in a Cohort are invited to attend the New Parent Cohort Kickoff immediately following the classroom visits.

TEDx Crean Lutheran HS Youth Event - September 7

Crean Lutheran High School’s mission of Proclaiming Jesus Christ through Excellence in Education is supported by our vision statement, which reads in part, “By the grace of God, Crean Lutheran High School will be…a partnership of students, parents, school, church, and community in pursuit of best educational practices.” We will host our first-ever TEDx, specifically “TEDxCreanLutheran HS Youth” event, on September 7, 2024. Organized and led by Senior Alison Hwang, this event, themed “The Future of Careers,” will feature speakers from our Saints community.

2024-2025 Arizona College Tour - Spots are Limited, Register Today!

Join Crean Lutheran for an exciting three-day, two-night college tour of the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, and Northern Arizona University from February 26 to February 28, 2025. Spots are limited, so register today!

The trip includes:

• Bus transportation
• Hotel accommodations (double occupancy rooms)
• All meals

To attend, students must complete the registration and deposit through IST Tours. The initial non-refundable deposits are due by Sunday, September 15, with final payments due by Friday, December 27. Registrations will be accepted until all spots are filled, so please register early! For pricing and additional information, please see the flyer below. California Scholarship Applications Now Open for Juniors and Seniors

The California Scholarship Federation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to recognize and encourage academic achievement among high school students in California.



Eligible students become members by submitting applications based on their report card grades after EACH eligible semester. Seniors may achieve Life Membership in CSF by meeting the requirements and successfully applying for membership in four semesters in grades 10-12. One semester must be the Fall semester of their Senior year. Students may begin applying in the Spring semester of their Sophomore year. Crean Lutheran High School recognizes Seniors who earn Life Membership in CSF at graduation.

Applications to apply for membership in the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) for semester 2 of the 2024 - 2025 school year are now available and will only be available through September 11. Late applications cannot be accepted. If you have any questions, reach out to Mrs. Stacy Kemp at stacy.kemp@creanlutheran.org.
