Jane Addams Branch!

As one of the forty At-Large WILPF US members who expressed interest, you are invited to the second round of re-launch meetings of the Jane Addams Branch.
We re-launched the branch last week with a few members sharing their WILPF histories and passions, including Disarmament, Corporations vs Democracy, the Poor People's Campaign, and more. We considered options for the Jane Addams Branch ranging from occasional correspondence and meetings to becoming a resource for other branches by developing expertise in a particular area. One area suggested was the PPC's Moral Action Budget launched this month:

But no decisions were made other than to meet again to include more members.
To know more of you--and more about your interests--we're calling for our
second virtual meeting. Again, we're suggesting two
identical sessions. You can join whichever is most convenient for you (or both!):

and
Wednesday, July 10, 2019
5pm Pacific/6pm Mountain/7pm Central/8pm Eastern
We will continue the conversation begun in the first meeting:
- Who are you? What brought you to WILPF?
- Why are you interested in the Jane Addams Branch?
- What shall we do together as a WILPF US Branch?
Like the first, this will be a Zoom meeting so we can have the option of seeing each other. Since some people had difficulty accessing the call last week, we will be sending much more detailed instructions to access the meeting in our next e-mail. Please watch for it.
