THE FOURTH ESTATE MAGAZINE SECURES PRESTIGIOUS COLUMBIA CROWN AWARD
The Fourth Estate Magazine has been honored with the Columbia University Crown Award, the highest recognition bestowed by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association for outstanding achievement in student print or digital media. The award distinguishes The Fourth Estate as a Crown Finalist, with the awaited announcement of a Gold or Silver Crown slated for March. This international competition underscores the exceptional caliber of The Fourth Estate, with the team demonstrating unparalleled excellence while contending with institutions of much greater size. Former co-editors-in-chief Alexandra Siegel '23 and Luca D'Agruma '23 were able to join the celebration at school today—complete with sparkling apple cider—and receive recognition for their contributions. Congratulations to the whole The Fourth Estate staff on this impressive achievement!
