Tasting Room Associate, Eric Braman (J. Scott Cellars Wine Guy), will host a short video on both Facebook   a nd  Instagram  every Wednesday in July! This week (07/015), it's all things "cheesy" as Eric switches the program to education on wine pairings with cheese! Watch and learn how to make a plate featuring smoked, aged and soft cheeses plus tips on getting some "fun stuff in-between" on the plate display.
