THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF IT!

One Community. Many Partners. More Paths to Homeownership.

On Saturday, October 17, PCF Development welcomed community members and partner mortgage lenders for a morning of meaningful conversations and valuable resources to help make homeownership more accessible in our community.

A Special Moment for Our Community

We were honored to welcome Central Falls Mayor Maria Rivera and City Council President Pro-Tempore Alberto Rivas for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating our Homeownership & Financial Education Center at 44 Central Street. A special thank you to Centreville Bank for supporting the creation of our new Center.

Connections That Open Doors

Attendees connected with mortgage lenders, learned about the mortgage products available, explored financing and down payment assistance options, gained insights into upcoming affordable homes, and became familiar with PCF Development's HUD-Approved education and counseling services.

Beyond the information and resources shared, what made the event especially valuable were the personal connections. Many participating lenders reported having meaningful, one-on-one conversations with attendees, taking the time to understand their individual situations, answer questions, and discuss possible paths toward homeownership.

A Heartfelt Thank You!

Thank you to Mayor Rivera, President Pro-Tempore Rivas, Paola Fernandez from Centreville Bank, our participating mortgage lenders, Mayor Rivera, community partners, board members, staff and everyone who attended or helped spread the word.

The Journey Continues!

The event may be over, but your homeownership journey does not stop here. PCF Development continues to offer HUD-approved homebuyer education, individual housing counseling, post-purchase education and affordable homeownership opportunities.

Thank you to our program supporters!
