World Smile Day!

"Making one person smile changes the world... maybe not the entire world, but their world," said someone.

It's World Smile Day.

Never heard of it?

It was created in 1999 by Harvey Ball, the artist who invented the yellow smiley face in 1963.

People celebrate the first Friday of

October with smiles and acts of service all day long.

"Do an act of kindness and help one person smile".

Or better yet, help many people smile.

Smile!

It's a form of exercise. Smiling uses 10-17 muscles, depending on how big or wide the grin is.

Now that is something to smile about!

Would you like to try a smile?

It will cheer you for a while.

Would you like the smiling way?

It can brighten up your day!

Could you, would you, on the peak? Up where thin-air hikers speak?

Could you smile with all your might,

On Mt. Kilimanjaro's height?

You could smile in any town- there or here!

You could smile with some Kenyan cheer!

Mully and his kids will make your day!

They will have you smiling anytime, any way!

Are you smiling yet?

Smiling is infectious; you can catch it like the flu.

Someone smiled at me today, and I started smiling too.
