Action Alert!



Railroad workers are encouraged to report conditions on the property where they work. It is vital that we all do our part to get the word out there and hold the rail carriers accountable to provide a safe workplace. Please report unsafe, unsanitary, unprotected, and dangerous conditions on the form below.

We ask all rail workers from all crafts and carriers to report. We intend to disclose which rail carriers, in which States, at what Terminals/Divisions are endangering the workforce. Your participation is essential. Your report will be anonymous.

Include any and all instances of the carrier failing to follow  Center for Disease Control guidelines , or using the  FRA “waiver” of Safety Regulations  to avoid safety practices enforcement. Make an individual entry for each instance.

NOTE: While all fields are required, if you do not wish to disclose them, you may type ANONYMOUS for Terminal and/or Division.
