One of the current MGB system goals is to create a 10-year strategic plan for the MGB research enterprise.
We are embarking upon this strategic planning exercise in FY24 to ensure sustainable growth, address operational and organizational challenges, and maintain our reputation as a world leader in biomedical research. You can learn more here.
Input from our MGB research community is critical to the development of the strategic plan. Please join the Strategic & Agile Decision-Making Working Group for a town hall where they will share their progress and leave the majority of time for questions/feedback.
