Dear Friends,
I accepted the call to serve at Rural & Migrant Ministry, Inc. over thirty years ago because I couldn't stand by while people were treated unjustly. I truly believed then that RMM could make a significant difference; the years have proven me correct.
Without your belief in our Mission, I would not have witnessed thousands of people who worked hard to make a difference, people who til this day are still filled with joy, hope and passionate determination. This became even truer during the pandemic and now, in the face of a difficult economy. Across New York State, the people of RMM are building community as we change unjust systems and impact thousands - often with national implications. Thank you.

Thanks to your support, in the face of the debate over who controls women's voices, souls and bodies, RMM organized a powerful, educational and inspiring 3-day Assembly of over two hundred rural women who gathered along with their allies to live into their power.

Thanks to your support, we moved from the victorious passage of the historic Farmworker Bill that gave New York State's farmworkers unprecedented equal rights, to partnering with farmworkers to help create the first farmworker unions ever in New York State.

Thanks to your support, RMM brought together over a hundred young leaders from our Youth Empowerment Groups from across the State to network with one another as they continue to fight the efforts to keep them from reading banned books, the efforts to deny their citizenship and the efforts to squash their dreams and voices.
