Dear Inspiration Owners,

Thank you to those who could join us for our Board of Directors meeting this evening. The Board of Directors approved the 2027 Operating and Reserve Budgets, along with the annual assessment rate. A copy of the approved budget summary is enclosed for your records. In accordance with Articles XII, Sections 12.1 and 12.2 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, the Board has set the 2027 assessment rate at $1,740 per year ($870 semi-annually). Semi-annual payments are due January 15, 2027, and July 15, 2027.

Your future billing statements will be issued by the new management company. If you are currently enrolled in automatic debit through CCMC, we encourage you to cancel your existing auto-debit arrangement to avoid any potential duplicate or misdirected payments during the transition.

Please be on the lookout for additional communication from the new management company after December 1, 2026. That communication will include instructions regarding future statements, payment options, and any steps needed to establish new automatic payments.

We appreciate your attention to this transition and encourage all residents to review the upcoming communication carefully to ensure payments are directed appropriately beginning with the new management company.

We want to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who participated in our recent Lifestyle Survey. Your feedback provides the Board of Directors and the Social Committee with valuable insight into homeowner preferences and interests as we look ahead to 2027.

While the 2027 Lifestyle event calendar has not yet been finalized, survey results will be considered as planning moves forward. Additional information regarding the 2027 Lifestyle events and schedule will be announced at a later date.

In the meantime, we are pleased to share highlights from the survey and appreciate your continued participation in making Inspiration a vibrant and connected community.

Lifestyle Event Survey Results

• 76% of respondents are married with children at home.
• 43% of residents attend two to four events annually, 28% attend five to nine events annually, and 18% attend one event per year. Additionally, 5% reported no participation in the past year, 4% are new residents, and 2% selected other.
• Satisfaction with Quality, Quantity, and Variety of Events – 50% of residents are very satisfied, 41.7% are satisfied, and 7.5% are somewhat satisfied with the quality, quantity, and variety of community events.
• Top three (3) annual events attended – Inspire U, Pops & Pedals and Summer Kick-Off.
• Top three (3) recommendations of change – Shaded Seating, Activities for Kids and Teens. 
• Best Day/Time for households to attend events - Saturdays from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
