Shalom dear friends,

This is Amir Goldshtein, the executive director of the APF. On behalf of the Board of the American Physicians Fellowship for Medicine in Israel (APF), I want to personally thank you for your tremendous outpouring of support during this recent attack on the State of Israel and its people. We have heard from hundreds of North American healthcare professionals who are ready to volunteer, and we are currently in the process of updating our volunteer registry.
This Monday at 2:20am Israel time, I arrived in Tel Aviv with the first delegation—four forensic pathologists—which was requested by the Israeli Ministry of Health to support Israeli physicians. This highly specialized group of volunteers will help the Israeli National Center of Forensic Medicine handle the devastating number of civilians who’ve been killed in this war.
Help us send more North American
medical volunteers to Israel.
My mission here in Israel is to meet with officials at the Israeli Ministry of Health as well as CEOs of hospitals to determine what other medical specialties are needed. When I return to the States, I will begin contacting additional volunteers to ensure that medical assistance to Israel is never more than a phone call away.

For more 70 years, APF has worked side-by-side with the Israeli healthcare system, providing critical support in times like these. Thanks to your tax-deductible donations, we will be able to continue to financially sponsor additional medical delegations as needed.

Toda Raba for your sustained support for these medical delegations, and for supporting APF’s core mission.
American Physicians Fellowship (APF), tax ID: 04-2207701, is a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization. Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent of the law. You can also contribute from a donor-advised fund and stocks.

With love from the holy land!
Am Yisrael Chai,
Amir Goldshtein
