In order to assist small businesses enabling their remote workforce amid the stay-at-home orders in most areas, ICON Cloud is offering a 90-day trial of our hosted business phone services. This package includes everything a small business needs to effectively communicate with customers and remain productive minus the monthly service charges for 90-days. At any time during the 90-day trial the service can be cancelled. Following the trial, the service will convert to our standard, competitive offer with a 6-month service agreement.
Offer Includes:
Automated attendant that directs calls to in office staff and remote workers.
Software app or web interface enabling business telephone calls to ring on PCs, mobile and tablet devices with conference and transfer capabilities.
Supported platforms are Android, iPhone, Mac, Windows, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Ability to place outbound calls from mobile devices and PCs that ring out showing company caller ID.
Voicemail with message forwarding to email.
Video calling.
Webinar service for up to 50 participants with video/voice communications, screen/app sharing.
Team collaboration with screen sharing, file sharing and chat with up to 300 participants.
Promotion Rules
***There is a one-time, non-refundable implementation fee of $350 per company to enable the service.
Promotion includes four DID numbers. Additional DID numbers can be ordered at the cost of $0.99 per number.
Offer is limited to 25 users per company.
Service plan includes 300 minutes of domestic local/long distance calling per user. Additional minutes are billable monthly at $0.02 per minute.
Customer may cancel the service during the 90-day promotional period with 15-days’ notice to ICON Cloud Solutions.
Following the trial period, the service will convert to ICON’s monthly competitive hosted service rates with a 6-month term that auto renews. Initial service order will include terms for first 90 days and optional 6-month term following trial.
