What is your most memorable moment as a BIG?

"For our first outing, we started with their matching journals. It was so cute watching her light up and figure out how we would use the journals. We journaled our goals, accomplishments, and what we would like to work on. It’s impressive how seriously Jayda takes this assignment."

What has been great about being a Big?

"BBBS did a great job matching us together. We have a ton of energy and Jayda has been open to growing and learning. I love being able to positively impact her, and see that translate into her everyday actions."

Congratulations to all graduates of the Beyond School Walls programs, Atrium Health-Cabarrus with Northwest Cabarrus Middle School, & Rocket Mortgage with McClintock Middle School! These matches have spent the last three years growing and learning together. For their last day, we celebrated their promotion to High School, with a graduation party, and we reflected on the wonderful match relationships that were built Their last day was a graduation party to celebrate moving on up to high school and reflecting on the wonderful match relationships that were built.

IMPACTFUL MOMENTS!

At her 5^th graduation from Cornelius Elementary, Little Sister Ashley presented her Big Sister Lina with a framed picture of the match with words of gratitude for the time they spent together. The match has been together for 4 years.

From our Site-Based program with Billingsville Cotswold Elementary School, Big Brother Brandon sent his Little Brother Grayson off for the summer with a creative picture that included his favorite toys and a note full of encouraging words, praise and well wishes.

BACK TO SCHOOL BASH!

Our friends at Elevation Church invite you to pick up a backpack and school supplies for your "Little". Feel free to bring your Little, or you can pick up a backpack to deliver to your Little.
