Updated: Conferences Tomorrow - Saint Shop Open
Parent-teacher conferences will take place Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 9th from 6-8 p.m. These will be walk-in conferences, no appointment needed.

Update: The Saint Shop will also be open during conferences from 6-8pm.
ACTION ITEM: Last Chance to Nominate a Teacher & Staff - More Nominations Needed!
Each year Xavier Parents for Xcellence (XPX) presents three awards to Xavier faculty and staff members. The “Xcellence in Teacher Award (XITA)” is presented each year to two outstanding teachers who have made a significant impact on students by challenging them with high expectations and assisting them in meeting those expectations. The “Xcellence in Service Award (XISA)” is presented to one outstanding staff member. These teachers and staff members demonstrate a commitment to students, to Xavier High School and to Catholic Education. They are professional in their behavior and serve as role models in our school community. Recipients of these awards are decided based on nominations that come in from students, faculty, staff, and parents in the Xavier community. These awards include a monetary gift. 

Please fill out this brief two question form by March 10th to nominate an outstanding teacher and staff member for this year’s awards.
Reminder: Parent Volunteers Needed - XHS Career Fair
Do you have an interesting career that you’d like to share with our students? Consider volunteering for our Career Fair. Xavier will be hosting our Career Fair on Wednesday, April 13th. This is a great opportunity for our students to learn about different careers from the professionals within the Xavier community. If interested, please complete this form.

Reminder: Kirkwood Academy Registration Deadline Approaching
March 11th is the deadline for current sophomores and juniors to sign up to take dual credit courses through Kirkwood Community College for the 22-23 school year. Information on these courses, including the program of studies, was sent out to parents and students last week.

Reminder: Tuition
The 4th quarter tuition payment is due March 10th. All tuition plans should be paid by this date unless you are signed up for EFT monthly payments. Any outstanding tuition/fees need to be paid by graduation practice if you have a senior. All other tuition amounts/fees need to be paid by the last day of class.

Reminder: Saint Shop Graduation Party Supplies Website Now Open!
Attention Senior Parents! The Saints Shop has all your graduation party needs covered. Special order Xavier logo imprinted plates, napkins, cups and table runners, “Xavier Graduate” yard signs and vinyl banners. Complete your party décor with cutlery and plastic tablecloths in navy blue or silver.

Reminder: Application for Tuition Assistance Now Open via FACTS
The 2022-2023 STO application is now open via FACTS and available for you to begin completing. Please complete the form and upload the required tax information.

A few reminders:
  • The deadline is April 15, 2022
  • You will need your 2021 tax return to complete the application
