FARM

Season Opening Celebration!

Celebrate the official season opener of the farmstand during our Summer Kick-Off on Saturday, May 31, 10am-2pm. Meet local vendors, and check out the new products they'll be offering at the farmstand this season.

Bring a picnic blanket, grab a delicious lunch from Los Amicos food truck and enjoy the beauty of the farm while listening to Kylie Harris — acclaimed country musician originally from New Zealand.

Family friendly festivities will be available throughout the farm – visit the education garden, meet our farm animals, and pick up some delicious, fresh produce from the farmstand!

Be sure to stop by our Land's Sake info table to learn about our CSA, events and activities, and how this nonprofit farm supports the community.

Land's Sake is recruiting volunteers for the Summer Kick-Off! Volunteer shifts are 9:30am-12pm and 12-2:30pm. Roles include setup, cleanup, popcorn, face paint/temporary tattoos, animal encounters, and more. If you're interested, please fill out this form, select "event/single day volunteering", and we'll be in touch. Thank you!

FARM

Dog Etiquette on the Farm

We love our dog community! But when it comes to farm safety and hygiene, there are some boundaries we have to set so we can continue to welcome our furry friends:

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times.
  • Keep dogs at least 3 feet away from all livestock / animal enclosures.
  • Dogs must stay out of the cultivated fields, and remain on roads/paths/field edges.
  • Always pick up after your dog!
  • Dogs must remain outside the farm buildings, including the animal barn and farmstand (with the exception of service dogs).

We look forward to seeing you and your dogs on the farm this season!
