This webinar will establish what professionals need from Electronic Health Records using the clinical terminology SNOMED CT to support the care they provide when working with persons who have dysphagia, how consistent nutrition processes and terminology ensure meaningful communication, and how nutrition standards aim to offer the necessary guidance and structure for electronic health record exchange.
Join us as we explore opportunities and challenges in the current state of nutrition terminology and standards, and ways for professionals to become more knowledgeable about this work.
