The Porsche 997 series (2005-2013) is considered a modern classic by automobile aficionados. It was the last of the truly analog 91s and was the “proper” size, as later models grew significantly. Additionally, the 997 Turbo was powered by the race-derived Mezger flat six cylinder engine, which many consider the best street engine Porsche ever produced.
