On-Site Exhibitor Guide

Review and save the Onsite Exhibitor Guide, which includes resources and information to make your onsite experience in Denver go smoothly. Find the schedule for the Exhibit Hall, location for the Exhibitor Service Center and other vendors, where/when to pick-up your badges, what exhibitors and EACs need to access the exhibit hall and more. 

Exhibitor and EAC Exhibition Hall Access

General Information

Badges and/or wristbands, worn in a clearly visible location, are required at all times. Wristbands will be available for pick-up at the Exhibitor/EAC Check-in desk located outside Lobby F, Exhibit Level 2 during Exhibit Hall move-in hours. Wristbands are color-coded by day for access and a new one must be picked up daily. Late passes are not being issued. If you leave the hall after hours, no re-entry will be permitted. 

Exhibitors

Registered exhibitors must use a wristband for access on Friday and Saturday. Beginning Sunday, exhibitors are required to wear an event badge to gain access at all times. Badges must say “Exhibitor” along the bottom for access during set-up and move-out. 

EACs

Registered EACs must use a wristband for access during all set-up and move-out hours. A badge is required for access during official exhibit hours.

Log into your Exhibitor Dashboard to access the Registration site if you need to make any changes or additions.

Access the Attendee Directory and Network

Download the Mobile App to see who is attending! Opt-in to connect with fellow attendees, browse profiles and send a message. Here you’ll also be able to create a personalized schedule of sessions to attend (Full Conference or Experience badge required for session access), view interactive floor plans to navigate the venue and exhibit hall and opt-in for notifications to stay informed onsite.

Be on the lookout for an email from SIGGRAPH with instructions to download/log in to the Mobile App and connect with attendees.

Online Directory: Update Your Profile Today!

The Online Directory is THE resource used by potential and registered attendees to find and connect with exhibitors. Your directory listing automatically includes company contact information and your booth number.

Log into your Exhibitor Dashboard right away to add:

• Exhibitor categories
• Social media links

Complimentary Customer Passes

It's not too late to invite your customers and prospects to be your guest at SIGGRAPH 2024. Your unique Complimentary Pass Code is automatically generated and provides complimentary Exhibit Hall Only registration to your guests, allowing access to the Exhibit Hall during show hours. Send your Complimentary Pass Code to your customers and prospects and

instruct them to enter the code during the registration process.

Your company's unique code is located within the registration site. To access, log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and look for the Click Here to Register button at the bottom. After you have logged into the registration site, look for your code in a green box at the top.
