Not only did the Brewers win the World Series, but also pre-leasing has begun at The Bluffs on Lake, a new 478-unit luxury apartment community along Lake Michigan in St. Francis, Wis. As Taylor Johnson client M&R Development’s second rental property in the area, The Bluffs on Lake builds on the strong momentum established by the firm's neighboring property, 42 Hundred on the Lake, which opened in 2021. TJ client RMK Management Corp. is overseeing leasing and management for the community, which features distinctive amenities such as a meditation room, Zen garden, red-light therapy sauna, dry cryotherapy, massage chairs and a resort-style pool with two sun shelves overlooking Lake Michigan.
